Wii Fit Plus Week One

7 days complete of my Wii Fit Plus 30 day challenge!

I took this first week to play all the workouts and unlock as many new activities as possible. I had so much fun playing all the mini workouts. My favorites are the chicken flying, running and the obstacle course.

I love how every time I workout I get to check my status and see how my progress is.

For the 30 days, my goal is to lose 10 lbs. I know that sounds aggressive but summer is around the corner and I gained 5 lbs because of eating takeout during my long hours at work.  I am only 5′2 so 5 lbs is a lot on a small frame.

By watching what I eat and exercise I am not too worried about losing the weight. The most difficult thing about working out for me is finding the time after a full day of work, being a mommy, a wife and of course Editor of Dancinghotdogs.com (Yup, I ROCK!)  But for the next 30 days I will make the time.

Good news; I lost 3 pounds! I worked out 4 times this week and watched what I ate.

Bad news; I have really bad balance and need to work real hard to not be “unbalanced.” Some of my scores for yoga, pin ball and juggling were embarrassing.

For Week 2, I am going to try out the workout routines that should improve my weaknesses.
